Over 20% employees have master degrees or above. Zhang, Guo-Cheng, the outstanding expert in RE metallurgy & materials, and academician of China Engineering Academy ; Huang Xiao-Wei, the famous expert of RE metallurgy & materials, the winner of the 1st national outstanding engineer award; and Grirem also have other scientific technology talents, including government special allowances experts, leaders in science and technology innovation that announced by Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and national candidates of the New Century thousands of Talents Project, etc. In 2014, Grirem is to be honoured with the title of “National Advanced Collective of Professional Technical talents” by Organization Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, Propaganda Department of CPC Central Committee, Ministry of Science and Technology of the China and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China.
